Jacksons Restaurant Bar adjacent to the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Area/Beaver Valley is currently searching for a Sous Chef. The Sous Chef is a crucial role in the kitchen, responsible for assisting the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in overseeing all aspects of food preparation, working and managing the line, cooking, and kitchen operations. This position requires a strong culinary background, leadership skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Required Skills:

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and available for all shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Trustworthy and results-driven
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen management practices.

Education and Experience:

• Culinary Degree preferred
• 5 to 7 years of culinary experience required
• Supervisory or lead experience preferred
