This is a dual role that will be working some shifts as a Front of House Supervisor and other shifts as a Server or Bartender, open to Full Time or Part Time availability, must be able to work weekends and holidays.

WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A FRONT OF HOUSE SUPERVISOR
As a Front of House Supervisor you will courteously greet, escort, and thank upon departure to all guests. Take food and beverage orders, retrieve and serve alcoholic / non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guests' tables according to restaurant service standards and legal specifications, courteously and efficiently.
Collect and process payments in compliance with proper cash handling procedures. Monitor and maintain security of cash till.
Ensure security and confidentiality of guest information. Provide guests with excellent experience to ensure satisfaction.
Assist in the maintenance of the restaurant area and equipment. Support management with maintaining a positive, cohesive team.
ARE YOU THE FRONT OF HOUSE SUPERVISOR WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
To be successful as an Front of House Supervisor / Server-Bartender you will need to be well organized, clear thinking, analyze and resolve problems while exercising good judgment.
Able to work closely and communicate with outside vendors and BOH, at a constant high pace doing a variety of "time restraint" tasks.
Perform job functions with efficiency and attention to detail. Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team. Provide legible communication.
Compute basic mathematical calculations. Perform job functions with minimal supervision to name a few.
