Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team. The Meat Cutter will be responsible for preparing and cutting meat products in a precise and efficient manner.

Duties:

- Utilize knives and other cutting equipment to portion, cut, trim, and grind meats
- Package, weigh, price, and label meat products for sale
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the work area
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries and fulfilling customer requests
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines at all times

Requirements:

- Proven experience in food preparation, specifically meat cutting
- Proficient in the use of knives and meat processing equipment
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on quality and detail
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards
- Familiarity with culinary techniques and practices in the food industry
