• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on Pickhardt Prime Health's insurance products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
• Sales Presentation: Deliver compelling and customized presentations to showcase the value of our insurance offerings and assist clients in making informed decisions.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective lead generation, prospecting, and closing techniques.
• Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Insurance Experience: Previous experience in health insurance sales is preferred, but not required. We welcome candidates with a strong sales background and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
