General Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our new Pickle n Pins Entertainment Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations and management development with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Duties:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the Pickle n Pins Operations
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial goals and enhance profitability
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members to deliver top-quality service
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and maintain food quality standards
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
- Implement and maintain health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Manager in the Restaurant or Family Entertainment industry
- Strong knowledge of Full-Service Kitchen and Full-Service Bar/Restaurant and Family Entertainment is a plus!
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Understanding of financial principles and budget management
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
