We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Administrative Specialist to play a crucial role in our commercial business operations. This position involves managing the administrative aspects of our commercial projects, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. The role is full-time, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Responsibilities- Assist Project Managers in securing price quotes
- Prepare bid/job files for easy data access
- Obtain bid bonds and other pre-bid documents
- Send out bids to contractors/customers as per schedule
- Ensure compliance with down payments, signatures, etc.
- Compile and forward contract documents to the Commercial Manager for signatures
- Track materials on order or in the warehouse
- Maintain a collaborative team approach within the department
- Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
- Effective communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
- Comprehension of complex technical topics and specialized information
