What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing Agent/Assistant Property Manager position at Pierce Property Management?
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Property Manager in daily operations and management of the property
- Maintain tenant relations and provide excellent customer service to residents
- Assist with routing calls and scheduling showing appointments
- Showing available properties to potential residents
- Process rental applications, conduct background checks, and prepare lease agreements
- Conduct pre-move-in walkthroughs
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate records and files for the property
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or related field preferred
- Arizona Real Estate license is required
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and leasing practices
- Proficiency in computer software programs such as Microsoft Office and property management software (e.g., Appfolio)
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer service experience is a plus
