WE ARE HIRING!! Looking for an Accouning clerk who can handle A/R, Billling and Collection. Candiate must have a high sence of urgency, communication skills and strong follow through. If you want to work for a great company with potential growth, then this is the position for you!

Responsibilities will include:

• Work with PMs for monthly billing 
• Timely and accurate billing of assigned projects.
• Ensures contract terms are followed and invoices are reconciled
• Weekly collection projection reports
• Track and resolve outstanding payment issues
• Reconcile Accounts Receivable to the General Ledger
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies
• Post and verify invoices in a timely manner.
• Identifies and takes advantage of potential vendor discounts.
• Processes payments and payment requests for direct costs.
• Collects releases from vendors.
• Runs monthly aging reports/DVBE Reports
• Collects insurance certificates from our vendors.
• Review expense coding for proper allocation.
• Verifying coding of purchase orders for vendors bills.
• Keeping W-9 and Insurance Files Up to Date
• Perform vendor statement reconciliations 
• Assist with reconcile invoices and identifying discrepancies 
• Process reimbursement forms
• Keep Vendor information up to date on sage
• Daily tasks such as data entry, filing, mailing, etc.

Requirements:

• Experience in A/R and A/P
• Strong sense of Urgency
• Ability to work in a team oriented environment.
• Ability to work independently in a time sensitive environment.
• Experience with Construction accounting software (Sage 100) is a plus.
• Proficiently communicate with others in person, over the phone and via email; bi-lingual skills a plus!
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong accuracy level
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel
• Extremely Detail oriented and focused
• Able to respond in a professional, timely and detailed manner to all internal or external inquiries, issues, questions and concerns

Pay Range $22-$24 hourly depending on experience

Full Time - Monday through Friday 7:00am-4:00pm
