Landscape Construction Company looking to hire a Safety Professional. The Safety Supervisor is a very specific position in the landscape construction industry. The ideal candidate will need to meet all of the following requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years as a Safety Coordinator with Landscape Construction experience highly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively interface with all levels of an organization
• Must be bi-lingual in Spanish both fluent in verbal and written
• OSHA Certified
• Must be able to work autonomously and have a capacity to adapt to priorities
• Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access, using iPad, Procore or any safety and constructions applications
• Familiarity with construction management software and construction management practices
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, and safety standards
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Bring accountability to work

The essential functions of the job are as follows:

• The Safety Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing safety protocols and compliance within the workplace to ensure a secure environment for all employees.
• Implement and monitor safety programs to prevent accidents and injuries
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and risks
• Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures
• Train employees on safety protocols and emergency procedures
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes and implement corrective actions
• Maintain records of safety training, incidents, and compliance activities
• Collaborate with management to address safety concerns and improve processes
