What you'll do Reporting to our Head of Strategy and Head of NA Sales, you will: - Provide high-level administrative support to these Executives - Perform calendar management for the Execs based on evolving business needs - Organize planning for key business meetings involving the Execs, such as leadership meetings, All Hands, etc - Drive the Execs external engagement portfolio and logistics - Help organize offsite events - Process relevant expense reports - Draft, document and store official memos - Physical and phone reception of internal and external contacts - Coordination and execution of projects and administrative tasks - If needed, taking notes during meetings - Office and events management - Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Execs. Who you are - 5 years of experience as Executive Assistant - You have a strong sense of confidentiality and stakeholder management - You have a track record of working with collaborative office tools (we use Slack, Google Suite Gmail, Google Calendar) - You demonstrate professional demeanor at all times - You have excellent verbal and written communication skills - You have strong interpersonal and collaboration skills - You show impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail - You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills - You have a business-oriented mindset How we work - Thrive Together: We can only win as a team.
