Job Description
Performs a variety of tasks associated with the serving hot and cold entrees, salads, sandwiches, and desserts. Takes and logs hot and cold food temps. Performs a variety of cleaning tasks including detail cleaning, washing dishes, and pots and pans. Responsible for stocking and cleaning work areas. Ringing up guest using a POS system, counting and handling cash. Complies with food safety (HACCP) standards. May be asked to do other tasks associated with food service as the need arises.

Required Skills

• Ability to follow standardized recipes and portion control protocols.

Required Experience

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Six months experience in food services preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of modified diets helpful.
