About the Position This position combines on-the-job and classroom training to prepare you for an Assistant Manager position. You will work alongside a seasoned management team and serve as an integral part of the successful performance of the store. You’ll participate in sales, customer service, and management duties. After working alongside our management team for a season you will participate in a robust 11-week training course covering horticulture, store operations, human resources, and much more – providing you the seeds of knowledge to be successful with us.
