Provides patient care, discusses treatments, and medications. Works under the direction of an RN or MD to ensure the patient’s health care needs are met in accordance with established policy.

A high school diploma or equivalency is required.

Specialized vocational or technical training for LPN is required.

Current KY LPN licensure is required.

Current BLS training is required.
