Responsibilities : ·Act as a liaison between carriers, accounts payable, and sales with billing discrepancies on shipments for Pilgrim’s.

• Act as a liaison between accounts payable and accountants with billing issues on shipments for Pilgrim’s.·Pre-process aged freight accrual data monthly·Provide monthly support on clearing aged freight accruals·Provide accurate information in the format specified by supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned Qualifications : ·Knowledge of the transportation industry preferred·Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook·Excellent communication skills required·General understanding of US geography·Excellent follow through skills required·Strong attention to detail required·Ability to multi-task required·Curiosity to learn and grow·Basic accounting skillsThe applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits : · Benefits : Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
