**Role Title:** Assistant General Manager

**Compensation: $111,650/yr**

**Location:** Hesperia, CA

**Role Purpose:** Lead the strategic development of the operations department to ensure sustainable business performance providing safe, reliable and customer focused services. Plan and operate large transportation systems to include personnel management and monitoring performance; perform scheduling, operations dispatch, fleet control, client relationships and budget/payroll.

**Knowledge and Experience:**

* Minimum 3 years as an Assistant General Manager/Director of Operations in a fixed route system with over 150 vehicles is required

* Management experience in 7 years including profit/ loss responsibility and accountability for safety and performance

* Bachelors Degree or equivalent training and experience

* Has evidence of experience and accountability for emergency planning, incidence response and safety management in a fixed route environment.

* Union and contract negotiation experience
