POSITION TITLE: Academic Support Assistant (Campus Learning Center, Tutoring, Computer Commons)

MODE: In-Person
SALARY: Hourly, $16.00/hour

Duties:

• Provide general office or department support to Campus Learning Centers
• Greet students, staff, and visitors
• Assist students with check-in and check-out
• Give out tutoring information to students, staff, and visitors
• Assist students with accessing tutoring services
• Assist students with Campus Learning Center resources (Study Rooms, workshops, tutoring and learning resources)
• Assist students with computer programs (MyPima, Office, Google, D2L, Printing)
• Assist management, tutors, and staff with projects
• Computer database entry and data collection

Requirements:

• Dependable and exercise good time management skills
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication
• Work coordination and prioritization while performing multiple tasks
• Adhere to all College standards and policies
• Exercise positive and cooperative interpersonal relationships
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Drive and Docs, D2L
• Professional demeanor and ethical behavior in regards to all work assignments
