Job Summary
Simply Accounting, HR, and Taxes is currently seeking a forward-thinking professional, interested in exploring a career as an Administrative Assistant. This individual is organized, self-motivated, eager to learn, and focused on accuracy. This exciting opportunity is for a team player who can assist in supporting the office running smoothly and efficiently.
Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• keep inventory of stock for the front office supplies
• Review and file payroll documents
• Participate in quarterly and annual audits
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Data entry
• Cover Front desk when required
• Schedule Appointments and maintain calendars
• Filling
• Multi-Department intake
• Other clerical duties

Requirements and Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid Driver's license
• Have a Clean Driving Record
• Legally permitted to work in the United States
• Work experience as an Administrative Assistant or Receptionist
• Knowledge of basic office workflow
• Attention to detail
• Organization skills
• Multitask
• Eager to learn
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
• Professionalism
