The Role:
The AT&T Customer Service Representative works directly with our clients’ local customer base to create brand awareness and identify products or services that meet their needs. The role of the AT&T Customer Service Representative is to display the highest level of professionalism when answering customer questions, addressing concerns, and recommending products or services to customers.
