Pool Service Technician

As a pool technician, you will report to the General Manager and/or a Route Supervisor. In this position, you are responsible for cleaning, servicing, and chemically treating the pools of customers. No experience? No worries, we will train you! Higher pay comes with more experience and good references.

Qualifications:

***You must be at least 21 years old and have a 3 year clean driving record.

This job requires high standards relating to the work performed and the image represented. Job success is determined by customer satisfaction and good customer relations. Pool service technicians must be able to communicate politely and complete all work in a timely and accurate manner.

The associate must be at least 21 and have a clean Florida Driver’s License for at least 3 years and be able to operate a motor vehicle and have the ability to work around chlorine without an allergic reaction. Must comply strictly with all road signs, driving rules, and regulations, and have safe and courteous driving habits while operating company vehicles. Clean background check and drug test required. Driving habits are monitored by GPS tracker.

To perform this job successfully, the associate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

Follow up and secure new maintenance accounts using an assigned pick-up truck, pool cleaning equipment, pool chemicals provided by the employer.

Clean, service, and chemically treat pools.

Completely review paperwork and records.

Completely enter pool service data in electronic records.

Monitor and control individual inventory.

Learn different pool systems and operations.

Learn proper pool maintenance procedures.

Maintain a clean work truck and tools that are provided. Clean truck weekly.

This position requires a high degree of stamina for physical labor, with the ability to work in high degrees of heat and adverse weather conditions. Must be able to lift 50 pounds repetitively and often. The associate must be able to stand, bend, stoop, stretch and climb repetitively and often.
