Job Description:
As a Manager at Pincha Boba, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment and maintaining the highest standards of service. You must be willing to take responsibility and accountability for the operation of the cafe. And work together with ownership to maintain constant improvement and high standards. Your main responsibilities include:
Team Leadership and Support:
You'll be the guiding force for our team of baristas and cashiers. Leading by example, you'll provide guidance, support, and motivation to ensure our team members are delivering outstanding customer service. Your ability to foster a positive work environment will contribute to a strong team dynamic.
Operational Excellence:
You'll work closely with the ownership to ensure the smooth running of daily operations. This includes overseeing the opening and closing procedures, coordinating staff schedules, training, compliance and monitoring inventory levels. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will contribute to the overall efficiency of our tea cafe.
Customer Service Excellence:
As a Manager, you'll uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service. You'll handle customer inquiries, resolve any issues or complaints, and ensure that each customer receives a memorable experience. Your ability to think on your feet and provide creative solutions will set us apart from the rest.
Training and Development:
You'll be responsible for training new team members, ensuring they are well-versed in our tea offerings, preparation techniques, and customer service standards. Make sure that team members know all recipes and keep up-to-date on improvements. You'll also provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help our team members grow and excel in their roles.
Quality Assurance:
Maintaining the highest standards of quality is paramount to our tea cafe. You'll conduct regular quality checks to ensure that our beverages are consistently prepared to perfection. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence will ensure that our customers always receive the highest quality tea.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
✔ Previous management or leadership experience in a food and beverage establishment including food manager certification.
✔ A genuine passion for tea and a deep understanding of its nuances.
✔ Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations with grace.
✔ Strong coaching and leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with both customers and team members.
✔ Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
✔ Ensure compliance with food handler laws.
✔ Must be able to pass criminal background check.
