Job Summary:

We are seeking Project Superintendent for a boutique home builder in central Florida to oversee the construction of new homes and ensure their successful completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing construction projects, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Duties:

- Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and safety compliance
- Document project status

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Project Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry
- Understanding of the custom new home construction process
