Description

Loader Operator will learn full operation of the grinding department and all equipment. They will rotate through all jobs in the Grinding dept. They must learn the safe operation of all equipment in the grinding dept as well as the front-end loaders that feed dirt to both plants. They will help with clean up and maintenance and must be willing to train others on safe operations of Grinding equipment and loaders. They may also be asked to run all loaders in the Grinding Dept

Requirements

• Must learn and practice all department safety procedures.
• Must be able to learn safe operation of all grinding equipment.
• Must be able to learn safe operation of all front-end loaders. 
• Must be willing to help in other departments if necessary.
• Must perform daily and weekly maintenance as outlined by management.
• Must perform daily and weekly clean-up.
• Must be able to work as a team member.

Physical Requirements

• Must be medically able to wear a respirator.
• Must be able to carry 20 lbs. frequently and be able to carry 50 lbs occasionally. 
• Must be able to twist, stoop, bend and crawl occasionally.
• Must be able to climb ladders or steps and work in high places
• PPE lists of safety equipment for job performed must be followed.
