Pine Haven Communities is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)!

We proudly serve the Pine Island and the surrounding communities. Our 70-bed facility provides both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care for individuals requiring skilled nursing.

The LPN responsibilities include, but are not limited to, patient visits (face to face and via telephone) review of patient health history, medication review, immunization administration, focused nutrition assessments, and blood pressure visits.

The LPN collaborates daily with physicians, nursing colleagues, and support staff and must be able to work in a rapidly changing environment while participating in developing innovative and creative solutions to patient care.

We currently have both part time and full-time positions open on the following shifts with every other weekend and holiday required available:

• Day shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm
• Evening shift: 2:15pm -10:45pm
• Overnight shift: 10:30pm-7:00am
• Overnight 12-hour block: 6:00pm-6:00am
