Pineapple Hospitality is Hiring a Sales Systems Administrator Near Bellevue, WA

Who we’re looking for:

SALES SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR FOR OUR CORPORATE OFFICE IN BELLEVUE, WA.

If you are curious and love to learn, adaptable to changing markets and needs, motivated to assist others, passionate about guest service, and effective in managing systems and processes, this is the job for you! You will work alongside our group sales team to support sales systems.

What to expect:

Here are a few things that will make your days full and rewarding:

  1. Oversee the sales systems architecture, including Thynk and MEWS.
  2. Plan, coordinate and direct computer related activities relating to the sales systems.
  3. Drive operational efficiencies.
  4. Develop and maintain systems content.
  5. Deliver sales systems training.
  6. Generate comprehensive reports.
  7. Understand business needs and implement technology solutions accordingly.
  8. Utilize data analytics tools to extract actionable insights.
  9. Work closely with the Director of CRM on using Salesforce for marketing opportunities.
  10. Support business sales manager with data entry into RFP platforms.
  11. Coordinate and confirm rate loading into PMS.
  12. Perform audits and test bookings for Business Travel Accounts.
  13. Produce reports for the business travel segment, both internal and customer facing.

Your experience and qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
  2. Two plus years of progressive work-related experience in the hotel industry required.
  3. One to two years’ previous experience in a coordinator or administrative role.
  4. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  5. Experience with CRM systems (Opera PMS and Salesforce or Delphi preferred but not required).
  6. Demonstrate a strong affinity for technology.
  7. Excellent customer service, conflict resolution and communication skills (verbal and written).
  8. Must be able to perform job functions with extreme attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
  9. Ability to prioritize, organize, multitask and follow-up. Meets deadlines.
  10. Team oriented and collaborate. Upholds a professional demeanor.
  11. Works well under pressure while resolving problems using sound judgement.
  12. Service-oriented. Attentive and responsive to client needs. Maintains confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data.
