BDC Internet Sales Agents - Great Communication Skills

Day-to-day tasks will include initial communication with clients regarding our product offerings.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates
• Answer customer calls and generate in-store appointments
• Provide detailed product information and assist customers in their vehicle selection process Present initial financing options based on customer needs
• Schedule appointments and test drives to facilitate a seamless customer experience
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from online to in-person interactions
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily by entering call, text, and email results

Qualifications

• At least one previous role based on inbound / outbound phone sales or appointment making
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
• Prompt and courteous demeanor
• Positive and hardworking personality
• Tech-savvy, comfortable navigating digital platforms and CRM systems
• Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach
