Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) / Nursing Supervisor / Wellness Nurse

Hours TBD (Either 8-4:30 or 9-5:30) Position Summary:

Pines Village is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Nursing Supervisor/Wellness Nurse in our assisted living community. The Nursing Supervisor/Wellness Nurse will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff, coordinating resident care, and ensuring the health and well-being of our residents in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and lead the nursing staff in providing high-quality care to residents- Coordinate and oversee resident care plans, medication administration, and treatments- Conduct assessments and evaluations of residents' health status and needs- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers- Monitor and maintain accurate medical records and documentation- Provide education and training to staff members on nursing protocols and best practices- Collaborate with other departments and community resources to support resident wellness- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and community policies

Qualifications:- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of New Jersey- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an assisted living or long term care setting- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric care- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team- Proficient in using electronic medical records and other healthcare technol
