Administrative Assistant Part-time (m/f)

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the office team, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Welcome customers and visitors.
Assist with basic accounting activities, including invoicing and expense management.
Cost controll, billing match vendor invoices to statements in preparation for payment.
Onboardign of new employees and HR support
Manage appointment schedules and organize meetings.
Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports.
Handle company documents effectively and efficiently.
General office management and organization of travel for the whole team.
Organization of events and field exhibitions.
Maintain discretion in handling confidential information.
Requirement
Previous experience in administrative or related roles preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and comunication skills
Collaborative, team-orientated approach with flexibility
