We are seeking a full-time Call Center Representative at Pink Jeep Tours!

*This is an in-person position in Sedona, Arizona

Call Center Reps take incoming calls from around the world educating customers about our tours and completing the tour booking process. This position requires sales and customer service experience (preferably in the tourism/hospitality industry; preferred candidates also have previous call center experience); great communication skills – Bilingual a plus (Spanish preferred); must have quick computer navigation and data entry skills; and proficiency in social media usage and MS Office Suite.

Candidates must be available for the following –

*Variety of days and shifts up to 5 days/week

*Holidays

*Saturdays/Sundays
