Position: Regional Director of Operations

PURPOSE:
The Regional Director of Operations is a multi-unit management role that is responsible to provide leadership and guidance to company-operated restaurant managers while coaching and developing management teams to execute operational excellence for our guests. The Regional Operations Director is accountable for management development and succession planning, restaurant financial results, management candidate training, leading local store marketing initiatives and facilities maintenance. Effective leadership and the ability to build successful management teams though sound hiring, training, and performance management. Pink Taco is looking for a FUN, FAIR, HONEST, HARDWORKING, UNPRETENTIOUS AND UNCOMPLICATED individual with a passion for hospitality services and operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITES:

• Provide hands-on leadership to ensure our service standards and product quality are consistently executed.
• Hire, train, and develop all management for the region with the support of the HR Department; build cohesive management teams that communicate effectively, properly execute company standards, and meet operational and financial objectives.
• Serve as the communication link between the corporate office and the management teams in the region, ensuring an effective flow of information in all directions.
• Ensure consistent adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Consistently monitor and evaluate restaurants in the region by means of direct observation and by conducting restaurants audits on service, cleanliness, and restaurant administration. Follow up to ensure development and implementation of appropriate action plans to address gaps in performance.
• Ensure that effective performance management is executed throughout the region at all levels.
• Maximize employee satisfaction through sound management practices and minimize turnover of both hourly and management employees.
• Assists and/ or completes additional tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor's in hospitality and or equivalent work experience preferred but not required
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• Valid Driver's License
• 21 years of age

• Possession of or the ability to possess all state required work cards
• Customer service orientation
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
• Conflict Resolution skills
• Strong ability to multi-task and in a high paced environment
• Strong communication and people skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Must demonstrate commitment, dedication, and self-motivation
• Minimum 5 years multi-unit restaurant operations background in a full-service restaurant environment
• Advanced working knowledge of restaurant operations, financials, and control systems.
• Demonstrated ability to hire, train, and develop effective management teams.
• The ability to diagnose operational and employee problems and find practical solutions that work.
• Solid performance management skills and the ability to maximize accountability for your team to deliver results.
