PFS is looking for a Customer Service Representative- Processor who exudes these qualities and who has great attention to detail and likes to follow written procedures.
Responsible for insurance sales and service to customers.
Responsibilities/Duties
Preferred Skills
Ability to communicate with customers and co-workers in a courteous and professional manner.
Ability to multi-task, and function as a team player.
Ability to work with accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
Ability to operate various office machines including switchboard, adding machine, copy machine, etc.
Ability to cross-sell insurance products.
Preferred Experience
Proper insurance licenses.
Knowledge of insurance products and services.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Epic Software.
Required Education
High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
Insurance designation preferred and/or adequate experience.
