Description/Job Summary
Provide all branches/customers with accurate, efficient and professional service. Assist branches with complex and irregular issues. Book loans on the bank's core-accounting system (Fiserv), and maintenances Fiserv when necessary. Book escrow information when required and disburses escrow funds to third parties as appropriate. Assists in the preparation of portfolio reports as necessary.
