- Develop new business and establish, retain, and deepen customer relationships.
- Perform efficient and accurate banking transactions.
- Open and close accounts in support of Bank goals and objectives.
- Make outside/inside calls on new and existing customers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in technology utilization.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Cultivate new business opportunities.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
- Prior banking experience or sales/customer service experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Jack Henry Silverlake core operating system is advantageous.
- Knowledge of banking rules and regulations.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
- Excellent listening skills to assess customer needs.
- Efficient time and resource management.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Team player.
- Actively participate in business development activities.
- Coordinate document procurement initiatives with support staff.
- Generate business and deepen customer relationships.
- Evaluate customers’ financial needs and refer them to appropriate bank personnel.
- Handle account opening processes (checking accounts, CDs, IRAs).
- Maintain and service existing accounts.
- Identify customer needs and offer relevant services for deposit growth and business/consumer relationship expansion.
- Address customer questions and concerns regarding checking and savings accounts.
- Assist in community awareness events to enhance bank outreach and foster new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and Bank security program requirements.
