Applicants must be available Saturday and Sunday 9AM-5:30PM and 3 days during the week 11AM-7:30PM.

As our Central Intake Coordinator, you will be responsible for receiving and managing accurate and timely centralized referrals’ processing and follow-up communications within the target goal of 24 hours from the date/time received, following the company’s Standard Operating Procedures and Industry Best Practices. This role can be remote or office if you reside in Oldsmar, FL

As part of our Dynamic Central Operations Team, you will:
-Demonstrates, supports, and adheres to company values as an intrinsic part of the team’s daily collaboration efforts: Beyond Expectation, Attitude, Integrity, Culture of Discipline, and Appreciation.
-Protects the confidentiality of patient and organization information through effective controls and direct supervision of operations.
-Receive, review, and process Central Intake referral requests with precision, attention to detail, and accuracy, in an expedited/timely manner, daily.
-Possess organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and complete all duties, tasks, and responsibilities of the Central Intake Team in accordance with the Department’s Standard Operating Procedures.
-Proficient in using computers for data entry; must have knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat ProDC, and experience of working with database management.
-Possess a level of patience, and a pleasant demeanor essentially, with a high level of problem-solving skills.
-Detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task; flexibility and agility to accommodate daily fluctuations and volume surges. Adaptability to accommodate business needs as the company growth may require.
-Track individual key performance indicators, daily.
-Participating in team meetings, handling correspondence, sharing meeting responsibilities, responding to routine requests, and assisting with the collaboration of professional learning and professional development.
-Cross-Train and collaborate to support other Central Operations Teams with Special Projects.
-Additional Duties/Tasks may apply as the business needs of the company evolve.
