?Our client is an international leader in the manufacturing industry. They are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented General Manager to oversee all aspects of our manufacturing operations. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving production efficiency, quality control, and profitability while fostering a positive and safety-conscious work environment

.Responsibilities

• :Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize production processes, meet customer demands, and achieve company goals
• .Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production scheduling, inventory management, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives
• .Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards
• .Lead a team of manufacturing professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management
• .Manage budgets and develop cost-saving strategies to maximize profitability
• .Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including engineering, sales, and purchasing
• .Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and technological advancements
• .Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in manufacturing

.Qualifications

• :Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• .Minimum 10 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role
• .Proven track record of success in achieving production goals, improving efficiency, and reducing costs
• .Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, etc.)
• .Experience in implementing and maintaining quality control programs
• .Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• .Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making
• .Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control
• .Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment
