Position Summary
The role of a construction project manager is to oversee the general management and execution of a construction project. Project managers will be responsible for assisting during the pre-construction phase including estimating, subcontractor negotiations, and value engineering. During the construction phase, the Project Manager will work closely with the assigned superintendent and construction personnel to successfully oversee the physical construction of the project and ensure the project remains on schedule and on budget. Project Managers are expected to maintain good communication with the client, client representatives, and Pinnacle’s Vice President throughout the project’s life cycle.
