ThePhysician Assistant position at Pinnacle will allow you to engage with the patient throughout their journey while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent patient care.

We are seeking a Physician Assistant to join our dedicated team at California Fertility Partners. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with the occasional weekend rotation of 3 to 4 hours per day, typically on either Saturday or Sunday, followed by a day off during the week. Please note that weekend rotations are infrequent.

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Provide direct patient care for reproductive and women’s health patients.
• Perform and manage diagnostic ultrasounds (transvaginal, abdominal, follicular, uterine evaluations).
• Oversee patient case management for IVF, including testing, treatment calendars, and education.
• Educate patients on IVF, fertility preservation, genetic testing, and medication usage.
• Manage and adjust patient treatment protocols, ensuring informed decisions.
• Triage patient medical concerns via phone/portal and take necessary actions.
• Document care plans and interactions in EMR, and manage electronic scheduling.
• Assist physicians during procedures and support team collaboration.
• Coordinate various fertility treatment cycles (IVF, ovulation induction, surrogacy, etc.).
• Prepare patients for surgical procedures, administer medications, and perform diagnostic procedures.
• Maintain effective communication with patients and ensure they have necessary prescriptions.
• Uphold confidentiality, punctuality, and effective practice operations.
• Other duties and project as assigned

POSITION REQUIRMENTS:

• Experience in OB/GYN and/or labor and delivery (preferred).
• In vitro fertilization (IVF) experience (2 years preferred).
• Active California Licensure.
• Active PA-C.
• CPR and/or ACLS Certification.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary Range: $130,000-$165,000 (annually)

The salary range for this position is between $130,000 and $165,000 per year. Final salary offers will be determined based on factors such as years of experience, skills, and qualifications.
