Job Description:
Candidate will be doing:

• The Data and Analytics Hub team is part of the Client Consumer Groups organization.
• As part of the Data and Analytics Hub team, candidate will be helping to create and deliver comprehensive tracking and measurement of the digital Client Consumer Group channel.
• In this role, candidate will develop and implement advanced reports and dashboard solutions to support business objectives.
• Candidate will analyze data and clearly communicate findings and collaborate with stakeholders and interact with cross functional teams to bring new experiences to life for our Customers.
• The successful candidate will help lead measurement implementations across cross-functional teams as they plan, build and launch world-class experiences.
• Candidate will help translate raw data into actionable insights and better experiences for our customers.
• Candidate's deep knowledge of measurement solutions will help to determine the best approaches for implementations that best meet business needs.
• Extracts data points based on requirements while working with Development and Operations Teams to fulfill product reporting from launch
• Leads the development and implementation of advanced reports and dashboard solutions to support business objectives
• Analyzes data and clearly communicates findings to stakeholders
• Collaborates with stakeholders on reports and dashboards

Candidate will need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, a related field or four or more years work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics or related platform (ex. Google Analytics), or experience with tagging implementation.
• Ability to write SQL queries and scripts using relational databases like Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server and pulling data from Hadoop/HIVE SQL/EDW data warehouses.
• Data visualization skills and hands-on experience using Tableau and/or Qlik with SQL skills.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Master's degree or PhD in Math, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience developing general reporting, KPIs, metrics, and attributes.
• Strong verbal and written communication and storytelling skills.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and research capabilities.
• Experience managing time-bound project deliverables for multiple stakeholders.
• Coding experience (e.g. Python, Java, C/C ).

Note:

• Locations: NJ, Tampa, Irvine CA, and Irving TX
• Current Hybrid Schedule: In-office requirement is 3rd Wednesday each month

Pay Range: $40 - $42.00/hr on W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
