Looking for someone with primarily business analysis skills along with project plan management experience. Strong change management, regulatory, transformation background required. Either FRTB or Regulatory program experience will work for this role.

Ability to run workstreams, run calls with business lines, and bring automation tactics and maintain sharepoints.
JUNIOR PMO/PM with a solid grounding in project management and business analysis principles with significant stakeholder engagement experience across both Technology and Business. 25 years.
PMO/PM with project management/transformation/change management experience to assist with the day to day operations of the Central PMO for the FRTB Program.
Key responsibilities include:
Project plan management
RAID management
Jira/defect management, monitoring and reporting for Senior Stakeholders
Create presentations for all for all FRTB Governance bodies
Responsible for supporting the successful delivery of projects in line with overall Markets Program Execution & Transformation book of work
Support the Program Management Team, working with the 1st and 2nd Lines of Defense, to drive the implementation of FRTB
Liaise and clearly communicate with external parties, including regulators as appropriate
Develop and deliver presentations covering project / program status, resourcing and plans to Markets Program Execution and COO management
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with attention to detail
Ability to lean complex technical topics and seamlessly communicate them to nontechnical colleagues to drive delivery and risk and issue resolution. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, to effectively produce procedural documentation and communicate with senior management
Minimum 2 years experience. Must be an energetic self starter/able to drive initiative with minimal direction
Project management experience in major/complex institutions ( Tier 1 banks or Top 4 consulting firms)
Ability to put together reporting and high quality presentations for Senior Management
