- Responsibilities:Oversees all aspects of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, execution, defect management, status reporting, review and sign-off acquisition, and summary reporting.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of Agile/Scrum software development, QA, and software release processes.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and IT Delivery Leads to determine test scope and identify the necessary data/infrastructure for testing.
- Provide subject matter expertise support to the Product team for testing, analyzing, and troubleshooting data.
- Develop comprehensive test scenarios/scripts based on feature and user story documentation.
- Coordinate UAT reviews and presentations with business owners, ensuring signoffs and approvals are obtained.
- Effectively communicate testing processes and procedures to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Interact with technical and non-technical individuals, including educating, persuading, and negotiating, while collaborating with systems and development staff to gather and interpret technical information.
- Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience: Have experience with Rest API testing using tools like Postman, Mulesoft platforms, etc.
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, or possess 2 years of experience as a Tester, taking ownership of test plans, scripts, and test execution.
- Display understanding of testing techniques and proficiency in agile methodologies.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paying meticulous attention to detail.
- Exhibit excellent knowledge of SQL for analysis, reporting, and data corrections.
- Previous exposure to testing tools and automated testing is preferred.
