Senior Cloud/Infra Engineer

Location Day 1 Onsite: SCV or Austin (SCV preferred)

Seeking a person experienced in AWS technologies with particular emphasis on KMS, Cloud Trail and Lambda products. The project is centered around designing, implementing and thoroughly documenting a comprehensive Cloud Traill monitoring solution.

Prior experience with Apple IS&T deployments and particularly AWS as used at Apple is strongly desired.

Required skills

• AWS experience
• Splunk queries

Knowledge of the following technologies will be considered beneficial:

• Linux administration
• AWS EC2 lifecycle and automation
• AWS Cloudwatch or Cloudtrail
• Google Cloud (GCP)
• Quip
• git/github

Other desired skills:

• Host-based and network ACLs

Candidate should be able to work with multiple support teams to request information, troubleshoot and develop solutions within the constraints set by audit requirements and federated AWS accounts.

Pay Range: $65/hr - $70/hr

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
