• Manager prefers local candidate so they can go into the office periodically.

Description

• Source/recruit and bring to closure professional highly skilled, technical, specialized talent to meet the needs of an ever-changing technology environment.
• Position will recruit domestic and international talent, enterprise wide.
• 6 plus years of senior level technical recruiting experience in Information Technology, Sales, or professional positions for a large corporation.
• Understanding of technical terminology (ie Engineering/wireless/Information Technology) and its use/need within a fortune 500 company.
• Experience in finding highly skilled candidates for specialized talent requirements/areas.
• Proactive in identifying professional/technical/diversity organizations to build strong partnerships to attract Technical candidates.
• Expert in utilizing job boards, social media, advanced Boolean searches, and recruitment methodologies/strategies.
• Identifies labor market trends, technical hot skills and competitive data for strong partnering with enterprise-wide clients on talent requirements.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills.

Pay Range: $40 - $45/HR W2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
