Position: Registered Nurse- RN (Sign on bonus)

Location: South Portland, ME

Pay: 

• Starting at $38/hour and based on experience 

• Shift and weekend differentials offered

• $5,000 Sign on bonus

Schedule: Full time, part time, and per diem positions available!

• Morning shifts 6:45a-3:15p

• Evening shifts 2:45p-11:15p

• Night shifts 10:45p-7:15a

Weekend baylor schedules are available as well. Ask about our baylor schedules!

• Work (2) 12 hour shifts every weekend and get paid for 32 hours OR work (2) 16 hour shifts every weekend and get paid for 40 hours! 

Summary:

Pinnacle Health and Rehab is looking to hire RN’s for our 72 bed South Portland, ME location. Providing care to our residents within our long term care, hospice, and memory care settings.

• Collaborate with a team to develop, implement, and review personalized care plans for residents

• Evaluate patients to collect data, observe conditions, and report changes in condition.

• Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols

• Accurately document and maintain accurate records of medical information, care plans, and incidents to ensure regulatory compliance and consistency of care.

• Communicate effectively with residents and residents' families

• Advocate for residents' rights and preferences, ensuring their voices are heard and respected in all aspects of care.

• Other duties as needed or assigned

Requirements:

• Associates or Bachelors Degree

• Current ME RN licensure

• Experience working within a nursing home, assisted living, or hospital (preferred)
