Job Title/Position: Onboarding Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

As the Onboarding Manager at Pinnacle Home Care, you play a crucial role in ensuring the
seamless integration of new employees into our organization. This position is responsible for
managing the pre-hire process; including, but not limited to: overseeing the completion of UKG
documents, i9, W4 forms, background checks and ensuring all necessary licensures are
submitted in compliance with regulatory requirements.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees.
  • Ensure timely completion of UKG documents, i9, and W4 forms.
  • Validate and submit all required licensures in accordance with industry standards and
regulations.
  • Navigate the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) clearinghouse efficiently.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance with AHCA requirements.
  • Collaborate with vendors responsible for managing drug screens and Motor Vehicle
Record (MVR) checks.
  • Maintain effective relationships with vendors to ensure timely and accurate services.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of onboarding
documentation.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the onboarding process.
  • Supervise and mentor an HR Onboarding Specialist, providing guidance and support.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to enhance efficiency and
productivity.

SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Strong knowledge of I9, W4, and licensure requirements.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Word, & Excel.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and phone etiquette
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on effective
issue resolution.
  • Detail-oriented, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Human Resources or similar role.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience within a AHCA regulated healthcare environment.
  • Experience with UKG preferred
