Job Title/Position: Onboarding Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
As the Onboarding Manager at Pinnacle Home Care, you play a crucial role in ensuring the
seamless integration of new employees into our organization. This position is responsible for
managing the pre-hire process; including, but not limited to: overseeing the completion of UKG
documents, i9, W4 forms, background checks and ensuring all necessary licensures are
submitted in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees.
- Ensure timely completion of UKG documents, i9, and W4 forms.
- Validate and submit all required licensures in accordance with industry standards and
- Navigate the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) clearinghouse efficiently.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance with AHCA requirements.
- Collaborate with vendors responsible for managing drug screens and Motor Vehicle
- Maintain effective relationships with vendors to ensure timely and accurate services.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of onboarding
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the onboarding process.
- Supervise and mentor an HR Onboarding Specialist, providing guidance and support.
