Key Responsibilities
- Project Support: Compile and analyze productivity reports, manage payer changes, conduct time studies, and develop plans to address operational challenges.
- Project Coordination: Orchestrate project activities, liaise with cross-functional teams, and ensure timelines and objectives are met.
- Facilities Oversight: Oversee security, cleaning, and maintenance services for each branch and home office, manage budgets, and ensure compliance.
- Real Estate Support: Assist in site selection, design, layout, and contract execution.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze processes, identify areas for improvement, and lead initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- SOP Development: Assist in developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures to standardize processes and enhance efficiency.
- Communications: Disseminate information, facilitate discussions, and keep stakeholders informed.
- Field Support: Provide operational support, training, and assistance to branches across the state.
- Analytical Skills: Analyze data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
- Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain accuracy in reporting and documentation.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve operational challenges.
- Adaptability: Navigate evolving priorities and unforeseen challenges.
- Must have experience as a operations specialist, generalist or project manager for a minimum for 1 year to be considered for this role.
