Responsibilities
- Help with creating graphics for web, email, and social media as assigned by the art director
- Incorporate best practices to create clean, structured design files that can easily be handed off to other designers
- Incorporate feedback as needed to ensure quality control and a consistent overall look and feel
- Assist with marketing photography projects as needed
- Assist the marketing team with additional creative tasks as needed
- Strong passion for graphic and web design with a constant desire to learn and grow as a designer
- Portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles
- Solid working knowledge of design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Experience working in Figma or other web prototyping tools preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, and also work effectively within a team-based environment
- After Effects experience a plus
- Experience with HTML and CSS a plus
- Webflow experience a plus
