*If you qualify for this position and are interested, please put a note in your application with the following information:*
1. This is a full-time position. Are you willing and able to work full-time (Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm)?
2. What times and days could you do an in-person interview?
3. Before interviewing, the manager is requesting to know your specific salary range expectation?
4. Please tell me why you are interested in working in the hospice setting?
5. Do you have current and valid CPR certification, Driver's License, and auto insurance?
6. If you saw a pt exhibiting a new symptom, would you be more likely to ask the MD to add a med that would handle the new problem or to look to see if that is a side effect of any of the drugs they are on and request the MD to reduce the drugs that might be causing that as a side effect?
7. Vitamin & mineral deficiencies have been proven to cause a lot of psychiatric issues, and if we fix that root cause we could decrease the symptoms and psych drugs. Many pts aren't on both a multi-vit AND multi-mineral, yet it is so important to have all nutrients. When patients or family members express problems to you regarding depression or anxiety, are you more likely to suggest that they or their doctor check into a psychotropic drug, or more likely to handle by investigating and suggesting interventions regarding making sure they are eating, finding out whether they are eating nutritious foods such as protein and fruits/vegetables, making sure that they are on vitamins and minerals supplements, suggesting they take a walk when they feel overwhelmed, remove or handle suppressive influences or toxic people from their life, and everything possible to try to avoid psych drugs?
