We are seeking a transformational Vice President of Human Resources for our client, who has headquarters in Birmingham, AL.

• The Vice President of Human Resources will be a strategic, hands-on leader with strong organizational development expertise and a deep knowledge of human capital management systems, software, and tools. Expertise in building out all functionality of an HCM system is required.
• The successful candidate will be a collaborative, strategic business partner experienced in organizational effectiveness and change management.
• Transformational expertise and the ability to influence senior leaders are required. Start-up company experience is desired.
• Small company, nimble environment experience is helpful.
• The Vice President of Human Resources will develop and execute a strategic HR Plan that aligns with the Company's business plans.
• This position will report directly to the CEO.
