As a Marketing Manager, you will represent the marketing team to the field via email, teams, and regularly scheduled calls across all regions. You will serve as project manager for new marketing requests coming from the field or as directed by the Director of Marketing. You will manage projects relating to the department's activities, including collateral development, content development, advertising, public relations, social media, sponsorships and digital. You will help to create content for social media, company website, and marketing efforts by regular communication with the field and community relations team (ex. Patient success stories and internal national awareness month activities). You will also help support the work of the community relations team with activities such as creating and identifying promo items and collateral needs, securing approval on sponsorships, reviewing conference opportunities, and creating event materials, and helping with community educational programs such as Fentanyl awareness and signs of an overdose/NARCAN training.

Requirements:

  • Proven record of progressive sales and/or new business development, including developing and maintaining marketing strategies.
  • Three (3) years of experience in a similar position and/or in behavioral healthcare.
  • Three (3) years experience in marketing management or similar roles, with a proven record of accomplishment in marketing campaigns, digital marketing, and brand management.
  • Must possess a current valid driver’s license in good standing in state of employment and be insurable by the designated carrier. This role is required to drive for company purposes.
  • Travel at a minimum of 15% will be required to conduct site visits, attend meetings and conferences.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business from an accredited college or university

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the community relations team, internal stakeholders, external agencies, and vendors to manage marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure brand messages are consistent across all channels.
  • Lead the execution of marketing externally focused materials including brochures and sales sheets.
  • Assist with content creation (copy, photography, video) for all marketing channels, creating opportunities to highlight teammates, positive milestones, and patient stories.
  • Identify and coordinate resources and team members per marketing initiative.
  • Develop editorial calendar based on external and internal recognition events, industry highlights, and organization differentiators.
  • Identify and make the most out of brand building and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Manage all projects to budget, overseeing vendor invoices and payment communication.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience

Required
