As a Social Media Manager, you are responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring the company's social media strategy to increase brand awareness and improve marketing efforts. You will lead organic social media activities for Pinnacle Treatment Centers. You will manage and continue the growth of successful social media platforms to include Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

Requirements:

  • Proven record of progressive sales and/or new business development, including developing and maintaining marketing strategies.
  • Three (3) years of experience in a similar position and/or in behavioral healthcare.
  • Three (3) years of experience in social media management, with a proven record of accomplishment in managing social media platforms and running successful campaigns
  • Must possess a current valid driver’s license in good standing in state of employment and be insurable by the designated carrier. This role is required to drive for company purposes.
  • Travel at a minimum of 15% will be required to conduct site visits, attend meetings and conferences.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business from an accredited college or university.
  • Five (5) years of experience in social media management, with a proven record of accomplishment in managing social media platforms and running successful campaigns

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Define the most important social media KPIs and use them to measure the success of campaigns.
  • Work closely with the community relations team, Marketing Manager, and VP of Marketing & Communications to manage social media initiatives.
  • Lead the development and execution of the social media editorial calendar. Work with Marketing Manager on identifying and executing content from the field.
  • Monitor social media comments and messages daily, escalating when appropriate.
  • Analyze social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on social media performance metrics and offer insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Measure results of follower growth and engagement. Keep an active social media dashboard.
  • Support the brand identity, brand growth, and build presence through social media.
  • Develop editorial calendar based on external and internal recognition events, industry highlights, and organization differentiators.
  • Identify opportunities for boosting messages and targeting the correct audiences.
  • Build relationships with influencers.
  • Improve engagement around CEO social media profile as other PTC (Pinnacle Treatment Center) leaders.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Improve PTC consumer ratings by sharing posting feedback and links.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required
