Licensed Insurance Agent - Customer Service

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Insurance Agent to join our customer service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients understand and manage their insurance needs. This role involves providing top-notch customer service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring clients are fully informed about their policy options and coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Educate clients about various insurance products, policy options, and coverage details to ensure they make informed decisions.
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and questions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional insurance products.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and company policies to provide accurate information to clients.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and adhere to all regulatory requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
